  • blips of updates

    1. The document manager at work fucked me over. All the changes I made the day before never got saved. So that means that I'll have to go through over 100 files again. ~.~
    2. I got a bad hair cut that ended up to be a good one (after the "mullet" got chopped off).
    3. I'm going to Great America tomorrow with my friends and bf. :)
    4. My left thigh isn't as numb as it was last time so I'm happy. The doctor's appointment was useless. He didn't give me anything to alleviate my symptoms. He just told me not to do the squats. >_>
    5. I only have 5 training sessions left with my trainer. I want to continue with him but it's just too expensive. :(
    6. My bf got me a hamster. We didn't know it was preggers. o__o It gave birth yesterday/last night.. Not sure when, really, because it did it in the igloo. o_o I counted 3 babies last night. They're orange. o__o

  • Saturday was really fun

    It was a really nice day - hot but with a nice cool breeze from the Pacific Ocean.
    We went to the beach and played some frisbee. It was hard to run on the hot sand.
    The wind didn't help me either - it blew left and right, always against me.
    Later, we jumped into the water. It was cool and refreshing.
    The waves were big and strong. But we didn't move.
    We stood there and the waves hit us. It was scary but fun.
    He caught some shrimp-looking critters. They scared me.
    He tried to put them on my bare back. But I ran away, screaming like a little girl.
    We laid on the sand, catching our breath.

    Saturday was fun. :)

  • level up!~ XD

    I'm using 50-pound barbells now for my exercises

    Now that I think about it, it's really fun going to the gym and working out if you know what you're doing. If all you do is run on the machine, it's no fun. But doing exercises with the weights and other stuff is super fun <3 I always feel proud of myself when I finally can use weights that are heavier.

    Right now, I'm working on my abs. I fail so badly at doing ab-related exercises. ;__; My trainer had to help me pull my legs up to do the exercise. u___u So yea... I'm going to have to practice at home and keep working on my abs.

    But omg.. The trainer noticed that my left arm is weaker than my right arm. So for this one exercise (going from plank position to push-up position), he told me to use my left arm to lift myself up. Fuck it hurt... >_< I really need to train my left arm more.
